When we register a domain for our Green Geeks clients, we register it on your behalf. You will be the owner.

We do register it under our name for the WhoIs contact information, this ensures that your private contact information is not easily available on the internet.

Many of our clients prefer to have their WhoIs information private, however if you would prefer to have your information available online when someone searches the details of your domain name we will make that change for you for free.

The client information which can be obtained online through an easy WhoIs lookup is the following:

Your Name
Your address
Your Phone Number
Your Email Address
And Your Fax Number

Since we register the domain name with our contact information your information would be hidden from anyone trying to gain your information through the WhoIs database.
